It is important, however, that tech solutions are given to educators who have the needed skills to be able to apply them in the correct way. For education to be both accessible and successful, educators not only need the tools, but also the skillset required to implement these tools. 

We can help, through enabling institutions of higher learning to acquire all they need. And subsequently to conceive, design and build blended and fully online academic learning content independently and develop the skill sets to facilitate them effectively.
