How do I get my free Origin Mobile sim card and 1.5 GB free data?

The Origin team will be on campus on the following dates: 8, 9, 11 and 15 November between 9:00 and 13:00

Visit the stand and show the Origin team you’ve downloaded the False Bay Pay app on your mobile phone and completed the in-app registration process.

If you need their help to complete the in – app registration process, remember to bring your original ID document with. No copies of ID’s are allowed.

You will receive a free sim card with 500MB data preloaded for November and 500MB for December.

Keep an eye out for further instructions on how you can earn an additional 500MB as a reward after you’ve collected your sim card.

So…together we’ve taken the first steps towards a cashless campus. To test drive our False Bay Pay App  – Powered by Origin – in a truly cashless environment, we will be hosting three cashless days on campus from the 20th to the 22nd of October 2021.

During this time NO CASH will be accepted at the cafeteria. This means all payments made at the cafeteria must be done using your False Bay Pay app on these 3 days.  

Let’s do this together as we make our campus safer, more secure and cashless. Because cash is so 2019.
